Clarence
Clarence Needs Some Change, Oakland, CA 2017
In the transformative project "Clarence Needs Some Change," artist Clarence combined art, altruism, and community engagement to address homelessness in the Bay Area. Through upcycled clothing, graphic prints, canvas paintings, and interactive sculptures, Clarence created a powerful art exhibition that fostered connection within the local art community and supported the nonprofit organization DailyBowl. The artwork, centered around the theme of homelessness, aimed to provoke introspection and raise awareness of this pressing issue.
